THE STORY OF MOSS
Long before us, life learned the hope of rising together. Moss stands among the oldest living things on Earth, older than roots, older than flowers. It spreads across everything — stone, bark, fallen log. And it doesn’t do it one tendril at a time. The whole colony lifts at once, a chorus of tiny spore stalks singing “YES!” in triumphant unison. Almost all of my subjects stand alone: one wolf, one bear, one moose. This is the exception. It’s not about the triumph of standing out. It’s about the joy of being part of something larger than yourself. A gorgeous, green reminder that you were never meant to do it all alone.
ROOM SUGGESTION
A bathroom, spa, or wellness space — the wet green intimacy reads as renewal, and the macro scale rewards a close, contemplative wall.
FINISHES & SIZING
This piece comes in three curated sizes and three museum-quality finishes. Metal is my signature recommendation — it holds the depth, light, and dimensional clarity of the original encounter. Acrylic pushes further into luminous, high-impact territory for a true statement piece. And pearl finish photo paper adds a soft, pearlescent shimmer unique among archival papers — beautiful framed under glass.
